Worldwide Shipping Policy
silverthiosulfate.ca proudly ships internationally, anywhere that Canada Post delivers, ensuring secure arrival of our products to growers worldwide. We understand the importance of reliable logistics for your horticultural needs. All wet and dry kits are packaged securely to comply with international shipping standards.
Processing Time
- Standard processing: 1-3 business days after payment approval.
- All STS sprays are made fresh to order to ensure maximum potency upon arrival.
- Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods
Our primary carrier is Canada Post, which hands off to your local national carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) upon crossing the border. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete delivery information. We may contact the customer before shipping if the address appears incomplete.
Estimated Transit Times
Once dispatched (after our 1-3 business day handling time), estimated delivery transit times are as follows:
- Domestic (Canada): 2 to 7 business days.
- United States: 4 to 10 business days.
- International: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country’s customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders outside of Canada, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. silverthiosulfate.ca does not collect these fees at checkout and is not responsible for customs delays.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of freshly-mixed horticultural reagents, we cannot accept returns once the product has been dispatched.
However, if your package arrives damaged or missing, please report it within 5 business days of the delivery scan. Keep all packaging and take photos so we can process a replacement or refund immediately.
